Meet the Coaches

Michelle Glennon, M.Ed., Certified Executive Function Coach
I’m Michelle, the founder of EF Compass Coaching, and I’m passionate about helping students and families create lasting success.
I began my career as an elementary classroom teacher, teaching first, second, and third grade, where I quickly discovered a deep passion for supporting students who struggled with reading and dyslexia. That experience led me to earn certification in the Orton-Gillingham Approach in 2007 through an IMSLEC-accredited program. Working closely with struggling readers gave me a strong foundation in understanding how students learn and how challenging school can feel when traditional methods do not work.
As my work continued, my focus expanded to supporting neurodivergent learners, including students with ADHD, autism, and learning differences who struggled with focus, organization, time management, and self-regulation. This growing interest in how students manage learning, not just what they learn, ultimately led me to specialize in executive function coaching.
With over 23 years of experience in education, I have had the privilege of working with middle school, high school, and college students, as well as their families. I understand firsthand how overwhelming executive function challenges can be, and my goal is to provide personalized coaching strategies that empower students to thrive both academically and personally.
What drives me most as a coach is empowering students to build confidence and independence. Whether we are improving time management, strengthening organizational skills, or developing self-regulation strategies, I work closely with each student and their family to create a customized plan tailored to the student’s unique strengths and needs. My coaching approach is rooted in empathy, structure, and personalization, and I partner with families every step of the way to support meaningful, sustainable change.
I hold a Master’s degree in Education and am a licensed educator with specialized certifications in Executive Function Coaching. I earned my Professional Certificate in Learning Differences and Neurodiversity, with a focus on Executive Function, from Landmark College in Vermont, and completed additional certification through the Executive Function Coaching Academy. I also have specialized training in the Orton-Gillingham and Wilson Reading Methods, allowing me to better support students with dyslexia and other learning differences.
After coaching with another organization, I decided to open EF Compass Coaching so I could reach and support as many students and families as possible. My mission is not only to help students succeed in school, but to equip them with lifelong skills that foster resilience, independence, and self-confidence.
When I am not coaching, you can usually find me spending time with my family, staying active through exercise and pickleball, or indulging my love of baking. I believe in living a balanced life, and staying connected to my personal interests helps me relate to my clients and build meaningful connections.

Victoria Glennon, M.S., BCBA, LABA, Certified Executive Function Coach
My name is Victoria, and I’m thrilled to share a little about myself. I earned my M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College in May 2024 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) shortly after. In addition, I completed specialized certification at the Executive Function Coaching Academy, which deepened my expertise in executive function coaching.
Since 2019, I’ve been working with individuals, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD, to help them develop essential executive function skills that promote success in everyday life. My experience with both ASD and ADHD has equipped me with a deep understanding of the unique challenges these individuals face, and I’m passionate about developing strategies that are both practical and individualized. I also deeply value working with families, as I believe parent coaching plays a critical role in a child’s success. Helping parents understand how to best support their child’s growth and development is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.
What I’m most passionate about in executive function coaching is collaborating with both clients and their families to create a more manageable and fulfilling life. I believe that understanding what matters most to each individual, whether it’s staying organized, managing time, or tackling challenges like procrastination, is key. By gaining that insight, I design personalized strategies and systems tailored to meet each person’s unique needs.
I look forward to working with you to build the skills and mindset needed to thrive in both school and life. Together, we’ll focus on what works for you and create lasting success. When I’m not coaching, I enjoy reading, taking barre classes, and spending time with my family and friends.

Emily Glennon, B.A. Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Intern, Certified Executive Function Coach
I’m Emily, a certified Executive Function Coach and a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern in my master’s program, working toward my LMHC. For the past three years, I’ve worked in schools supporting students with trauma, behavioral challenges, and executive functioning struggles. Through that work, I’ve helped kids, teens, and young adults strengthen motivation, organization, time-management, self-regulation, mindset, and confidence in their ability to handle life’s demands.
My coaching style is warm, structured, collaborative, and holistic. I believe EF skills aren’t just about planners and routines; they’re about understanding how your brain works, building systems that actually stick, and creating balance that supports real progress. As a certified personal trainer and EF coach, I bring a unique lens that values the connection between movement, habits, mindset, and productivity. When helpful, I incorporate mindfulness-based strategies, intentional movement, and lifestyle alignment to help clients feel more focused, regulated, and capable.
I work with clients of all ages who feel “stuck,” struggling to start tasks, follow through, stay consistent, or keep their lives organized in a way that feels manageable.
Whether you’re a student overwhelmed by assignments, a teen building better routines and study habits, or a young adult adapting to a new chapter, my goal is to help you:
- Understand your strengths and barriers
- Build realistic routines and organizational systems
- Strengthen motivation and follow-through
- mprove focus, planning, and prioritization
- Create balance that supports both wellbeing and productivity
I’m here to provide a supportive space where you feel seen, supported, and equipped as you build the skills and systems that help life feel a little less chaotic and a lot more possible.
