Yes, we specialize in online coaching. All sessions are conducted via Google Meet, allowing you to attend from the comfort of your home, no matter where you are.
The length of the program is tailored to your child’s specific needs and goals. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan designed to help achieve your objectives. This ensures that the coaching process is aligned with your child’s pace and progress.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will result in a charge for the full cost of the session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us manage our schedule.
If you wish to discontinue services, please notify us via email at least 14 days in advance. We will cancel any future sessions accordingly. Please note that pre-paid sessions are non-refundable, and you will only be charged for the coaching sessions you’ve already completed, including those scheduled during the 14-day notice period.
Weekly sessions are scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time, continuing throughout the school year and breaks unless canceled. A valid payment method must be on file. Billing is processed every two weeks on Monday for the upcoming sessions. Payments are due within 3 days of the invoice date. Invoices are sent automatically, and only one responsible party is required for billing. A copy of the invoice can be provided upon request.
