About Me

Hi, I’m Michelle, founder of EF Compass Coaching.

Is your child struggling to stay on top of assignments, manage time effectively, or meet deadlines? Are you a parent looking for guidance on how to support your child’s academic and personal growth? You’re in the right place.

As an Executive Function Coach, I specialize in supporting middle school, high school, and college students, especially those with ADHD, learning differences, or other challenges that make traditional strategies difficult. I help students and families build core executive function skills like time management, organization, and self-regulation so they can succeed in school and in life.

I also work closely with parents to help them understand how to best support their child’s growth and foster positive habits at home.

In addition to my coaching, I’m proud to work alongside Victoria Glennon, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Certified Executive Function Coach, who specializes in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Together, we offer comprehensive, tailored support for students with ASD, helping them navigate academic challenges and develop critical life skills.

My approach is rooted in empathy, structure, and personalization because every student (and parent) deserves a plan that fits their unique needs and strengths.
